Dear future custom home owner,
In 2003, my wife and I had the great pleasure of meeting Mr. Tom Trill of Exclusive Homes, LLC after he was highly recommended to us by another well respected high-end home builder. Since then, we have become the greatest of friends with Tom as we have subsequently contracted him for numerous other jobs including our:
1. 8,400 square foot residential home – Franklin Lakes, NJ
2. 3,000 square foot satellite medical office – Ridgewood, NJ
3. 20,000 square foot medical center (where he built out an orthopaedic office, an MRI facility, a physical therapy center, an orthopaedic brace facility, a pain management suite and other medical offices) – Franklin Lakes, NJ
4. 1,500 square foot unit – Jersey City, NJ
5. 4,000 square foot shore house – Belmar, NJ
6. 26,000 square foot residential home – Franklin Lakes, NJ

Amongst others, Tom provided the following services for us:
1. Pre-build site evaluation
2. Orchestrated the demolition of existing dwellings
3. Worked hand-in-hand with architect and landscaper during design of entire dwelling
4. Submitted applications for, and attended planning board meetings, to seek approval of all necessary permits
5. Interviewed all subcontractors and worked on our behalf to insure the highest quality and fairness of all quotes and upgrades
6. Supervised, advised, inspected and critiqued the work of each and every subcontractor
7. Assisted in the design and/or selection during every facet of construction including all selection and installation of all doors and windows, HVAC units, lighting fixtures, trim and moldings, custom cabinetry, granite, wall and trim finishing, flooring, indoor/outdoor railings, window treatments, blinds and drapes, door, window and plumbing hardware, furniture and appliance selections, Crestron home automation system, audio and video systems, security system, exterior facade selections, pool installation, landscaping, outdoor hardscape selection, etc…
8. Made on-site “live” design revisions to achieve desired look throughout all stages of build
Needless to say, we cannot say enough about Tom Trill or his organization, Exclusive Homes, LLC. Simply put, they are the best of the best. His attention to detail is unsurpassed. His workmanship is impeccable. His eyes are gifted. His judgment is sound and his opinions matter. Tom is highly respected by his peers and his work speaks for itself. He knows when colors and designs are harmonious and when they’re not. He has an extraordinary ability to accentuate details and to carry themes and patterns throughout the construct. He knows exactly how to achieve the look we’re looking for and he will carry that motif seamlessly from room to room. He knows how and when to make things “pop” and when to be subtle. He knows how to highlight and showcase the focal points in each room. His ability to visualize the final product and conceptualize in 3D, when it’s still only an imaginary thought, is surreal. His design of built-ins and room moldings is beyond compare. His work is unfathomable and beyond description. It simply has to be visualized in person as it’s indescribable. Words simply do not do it justice.
It is without hesitation that we would like to strongly endorse Mr. Tom Trill and his organization, Exclusive Homes, LLC in the field of Custom Home Design, Build and Interior Design. We simply cannot say enough about him and the quality of his workmanship.
